Job Description: Capital Development Partner

At Property Investment Professionals, we’re reshaping the real estate investment landscape by offering top-tier opportunities in long- and short-term rental properties. As we expand, we’re seeking motivated limited partners to help grow our network of investors and clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and refer individuals with capital to invest in real estate.
• Earn compensation as a fixed % of funds raised OR as a share of ongoing profits.
• Build and manage a portfolio of investor relationships.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of subordinate Capital Development Partners to amplify capital-raising efforts.
• Bring in property management and maintenance contracts for additional referral bonuses.

Compensation:
This is a partnership role with no base salary. Compensation is based on:

1. Fixed 1% of Capital Raised: Earn directly from your referrals.  OR... 
2. Ongoing 10% of Profits: Build a business that generates passive income over time.

• Team-Based Override Commission: Receive an additional % commission on the total capital raised by your subordinate team members.
• Referral Bonuses: Additional rewards for securing property management and maintenance contracts.
